Nat joined the Facial Artistry team in 2015. She is the personal assistant to Dr Jennifer Leung and she works part time as our receptionist. She came from a childcare background. With her naturally warm, caring and empathetic personality she understands the importance of customer service. It is her mission to assist you in any way she can. She is always available to answer your questions and hopes to make your experience comfortable and relaxing. She has a keen eye for aesthetics and with her immaculate style of understated elegance, she is an ideal fit to the philosophy of Facial Artistry.

Hannah

Hannah joined Facial Artistry in August 2015 and has quickly become an integral part of our team as Patient Concierge. She serves as the primary contact for patients throughout their journey a Facial Artistry and goes above and beyond to meet their needs. Hannah is always available to speak to you about any questions or concerns you may have and understands that making decisions about treatment can be a daunting experience without the right guidance.

Hannah is currently studying Human Nutrition at the University of Canberra and comes from a background in Personal Training. Hannah has great passion for improving people’s quality of life and believes that everyone has the right to look and feel their best. She thrives on customer satisfaction and will gladly assist you in any way possible.

Shannon joined Facial Artistry in May 2016 as a part time receptionist. She is currently in her third year of a double degree in Commerce (majoring in marketing) and Events and Tourism Management at the University of Canberra. In her spare time, Shannon enjoys social sports such as AFL and soccer and spending time with family and friends. Shannon is friendly, enthusiastic, approachable and will aspire to assist you in anyway possible. She comes from a background in customer service and takes pride in assisting patients and assuring that they feel welcome.
